You'll have real people walking you through every step from the moment you start picking out your options to the day you drive it home (or we ship it to your door). Here's who you'll be working with and what they actually do.
Sales Representative
Your Sales Representative is your go-to person from day one. They sit down with you (virtually, by the way you can do all of this from your couch) and help you pick out your model, trim, color, packages, everything. They'll walk you through what's available, what makes sense for what you're looking for, and make sure your build is exactly right before submitting it to Ford. Once the order is in, they're still your main point of contact. Got a question about your build timeline? Want to check on tracking? Just reach out to your Sales Representative. They're with you the whole way.
General Manager
You'll hear from our General Manager once your vehicle is getting close usually when it hits its last transit stop before arriving here at Nick Mayer Ford. They oversee your deal, answer any final questions, and make sure everything between the sales and finance side is lined up before your vehicle gets here. They're on-site at the dealership, so if you want to come in and see your vehicle the moment it lands, they're the one to talk to.
Finance Director
Our Finance Director handles all the paperwork financing, warranties, insurance verification, titling, all of it. They'll set up a virtual meeting at a time that works for you so you can knock it all out without having to sit in an office for hours. By the time your vehicle arrives, the paperwork side is already taken care of.
Lot Manager
Our Lot Manager is the one who gets your vehicle ready for you. Working right here at the dealership, they handle the pre-delivery inspection, make sure all the features are activated, top off the fluids, check the tires basically everything that needs to happen so your vehicle is 100% ready to go when you pick it up or it heads out for delivery.
Home Delivery
Don't want to make the trip? No problem. Once your vehicle is titled and insured under your name, the Nick Mayer Ford team can arrange to have it shipped right to your door. They work with a trusted group of third-party transport companies to make sure your new ride gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. You don't have to figure out the shipping part yourself they'll handle all of it.
